Our experience started over the phone with Dennis. The car we wanted was not there yet and we were able to place a hold on it. We started the buying process remotely. On the day of pick up, things could not have been made easier for us. We didn’t feel any sales pressure. It felt like we were talking with friends. Everyone there was great! Thank you Kutztown Auto!
