More issue with GM than the dealer. Engine lifter failed. Although covered under warranty, but still at 25,000 miles this does NOT meet the expectations I have with GM. The other issue was with the extended repair there was no loaner vehicle available.

Great service department! Here is a comment for GMC…….I am tired of waiting for my chips for heated steering and frt and rear park assist, bought my Acadia on May 12th, you have thousands of unsold units sitting on lots, how about serving your sold units with retrofit, come on GMC step up!!!
While not convenient in terms of location (45 miles away) Kutztown GMC were very interested in working with me to get into the truck of my choice. This was my first service experience and that too went well.
