I continue to be pleased with the service I receive from the folks in the service department, especially Josh and Brian. Customers can often be apprehensive about vehicles that they bring in, but I have found Kutztown Auto service to be reassuring and professional. Thanks again.
I had a Saturday appointment at 8:00 am my truck was completed by 8:30, however prior to this visit I had a appointment with Brian , service manager and when I arrived he had no tine for me! What a bum! I had my issue addressed with another dealership.
Everybody was polite and and was interested in the problems I was having with the electrical system. Well then although they couldn’t find the problem they did say everything was working fine and I had to keep an eye on it and if it persist to bring it back.
First it was December 16 not 17. Josh Pleva, Service Advisor, is the best. The Service Team is excellent. The work I needed done on my car was performed at the schedule time but not without a "challenge". Sunday December 15 the check engine light came on my Buick La Crosse with codes PO300 and PO301. The first thing Monday morning (Dec 16, 8:05 am) I called Kutztown Buick service to get my car in as I needed it for a trip on Wednesday, December 18. The woman Service Advisor told me they didn't have an opening "until after Christmas". This was not acceptable (it was not routine maintenance but a problem). We finally agreed I could bring my car in on Monday December 16 at 9 am and "see how it goes". I did this and Josh wrote up my service order as soon as I arrived. The work was done and I was on my way by 11:15 am. Thank you Josh. I've been a customer of Kutztown Buick for 14 years for service and never had a scheduling problem for emergency work. Also I have purchased two cars during this time. Again Thanks Josh and the Service Team.
